Carolina Herrera’s Spring 2012 collection was a welcome breath of fresh air in the print department. One of the few designers who did not try to tackle a novel way of doing florals for spring, she instead focused on some sweet sparrow prints and a lot of these wonderful geometric art deco motifs that were done both engineered and as all over yardage on lovely silk chiffon.
